Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the purchase has not been activated or used for technical reasons, and its within the first 3 days of purchasing.

Physical/hardware refunds are not allowed unless damaged during shipping. (Provide pictures of the closed packaging before opening)

Exchanges only for purchases of the equal or lower value when you made a mistake at the time of purchase and have not yet activated or used the purchase.

Purchases cannot be upgraded/downgraded to other purchases of any value.

We reserve the right to decline any refund.
